Yesterday I was a speaker at the Impact Conference held by the @internationalimpactbookawards and I met an attendee that shared a special message with me. He in informed me that he had came across my social content a ways back and was inspired by me to start a qigong practice to help him with a health issue he was having. Long story short, his health issue cleared up and he wanted to thank me for inspiring him to take up the practice of qigong!!

Not only am I extremely happy for him but it is great validation for me to keep up with my content sharing as it is aligned with my purpose. I am grateful to Fred for sharing this news with me. Fantastic!!! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
