I want to express my gratitude to the Phoenix community. Last Sunday, on 11/9 I held my first full day qigong workshop, "The Dao of Qi" in Gilbert, AZ. I had a strong turnout and the community was so welcoming and appreciative. I really enjoyed my time meeting attendees and sharing my teachings. It was so much fun!!

This beautiful falcon crossed my path recently. At times animals appear to us to deliver messages that we need to hear. They can be part of your spirit animal group or just passing through with a distinct message.

Falcon is not part of my spirit animal group but had this special message for me…
