Introduction To Qigong Workshop, Part 1
Sunday, October 1st, 2023 | 1:00 pm to 5:00 PM
Location: Awakenings, Laguna Hills, CA | $77 in advance, $97 at the door
In this four hour workshop, participants will learn about the history of qigong, terminology and our energetic anatomy. Then specific exercises and protocols will be taught including how to create a sacred space to train in, a qigong warmup as well as a qigong healing exercise that purges, tonifies and regulates various organs. The workshop will conclude with a specific guided meditation followed by a Q&A session.
